Join Los Angeles Chapter Saturday, January 7th to Krav Maga Worldwide and learn the most effective, real world, self-defense system that was originally developed for the Israeli military and is now the preferred system for U.S. military units and law enforcement agencies.

At Krav Maga Worldwide, they teach street self-defense using:
* Punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
* Defenses against various strikes, chokes, and weapons.
* Realistic training drills
The result is an amazing workout and learning great skills, while building self confidence.
