Karma Pays

Karma Pays

Karma Members continue to demonstrate their pay-it forward approach and philanthropic generosity. We are pleased to highlight Karma Member, Chris Pohle, who exemplifies this style by financially supporting some of Karma charities, Wounded Warriors Project and Fisher House.

Chris is proud of his service to the military. His desire to support organizations that focus on benefiting military veterans motivated him to make a substantial donation to these wonderful charities. While many of you may be familiar with Wounded Warriors Project, a high profile charity that benefits military veterans, you may not be familiar with Fisher House.

Fisher House helps both the military veteran as well as members of their family. They have established facilities that are part of both VA and military centers throughout the country and provide accommodations for the military veteran families while they are going through treatment and receiving medical attention. The organization has been around for over 20 years and has served an average of 100,000 families each decade of existence. In 2013 they eclipsed their average by serving more than 20,000 families. This is only a brief overview of this organization – we welcome you to review their mission and value in greater detail in the Karma Member Lounge. If you would like to get more involved with this organization Karma will be pleased to make direct introduction.

Both of these organizations sent a personal acknowledgement for Mr. Pohle and were very appreciative that Karma has approved them to be supported.  As a result, Chris has decided to benefit them again in 2014.  It is members like Chris and many of you that continue to demonstrate how Karma pays and creates more good Karma!
