LANCE ASHLEY is a serial entrepreneur and visionary. Born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Lance has set his entrepreneurial and philanthropic goals to reach those surrounding him, no matter what city he's in. Lance has spent the last eight years building a successful home health care agency for aging seniors, children, and adults who have special needs and physical disabilities.

Motivated by his personal story, Lance was inspired to become a part of the health care industry. In 2009, Ashley Home Care Services was founded from the love and care he wanted to provide his daughter who was diagnosed with spina bifida. Now years later, because of his story, Lance has built Ashley Home Care Services to help others who require assistance with daily living needs. With an office in California, and a base office in Kansas City, Ashley Home Care Services continue to provide care to hundreds of families.

Lance is currently working on a new business venture to tap into his love for creativity, fashion, and philanthropy. He is set to launch his new sunglass line, Dion Specs, in the Fall of 2017. Dion Specs is a confident and modern sunglass brand. It is geared towards the clientele who wishes to exude his or her best lifestyle. Along with Lance's passion towards entrepreneurship, his desire to give back continues to be prominent in his current venture as Dion Specs will donate 5% of their net sales to support adaptive athletes and orphanages.

Just as Dion Specs promotes the aim for all to live their best lifestyle, Lance, too, continues to pursue his own dreams. As he continues to grow and build, he hopes that with his influence, he'd open the possibilities for others to also pursue the lifestyle they strive for.

Lance Ashley currently serves the Karma Orange County Chapter as the Co-Membership Chair.
